FAQ.

What counts as a “service”?
A logical service in your stack — e.g. api-gateway, payments, auth. Not a host, not a metric. A service can pull from multiple data sources to compute its signal. Most teams we work with have between 8 and 25 services on their main page.
Do you replace Prometheus / Datadog / CloudWatch?
No. We pull from them. ChartlessOps is a layer on top of your existing metrics infrastructure that condenses the noise into the signals you actually need. Keep your metrics store. Add us as the panel that nobody’s afraid to look at.
What’s “multi-region rollups”?
If a service runs in 3 regions, you see one row with one signal that rolls up the worst of the 3. Click in to see per-region detail. Avoids the “3× rows for one service” sprawl.
Is there a free tier?
Not at launch. We offer a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan — no card required. After the trial, your workspace becomes read-only unless you pick a plan; nothing breaks, no spam pings.
On-prem?
Yes, on Enterprise. We ship a containerised version that runs in your VPC. Data never leaves your network. Configuration via a single YAML file. About a half-day to deploy in our experience.
Annual discount?
Yes — 15% off on Growth, larger discounts on Enterprise based on volume.
Cancellation?
From your workspace settings, no retention call. You keep access through the billing month. Workspace becomes read-only afterwards; export your service definitions as YAML at any time.
